Thought I might as well upload the original design. Celestia wrath turned into two different pictures and i ended up using the one i felt most convayed the feeling i was going for as this was little too busy but i do miss the moon in the background so heres the alternative picture finished.

The moon it cries, oh god it cries O_____O creepy.

Princess Celestia: "After your Changelings attacked Canterlot? Terrorized my little ponies? Planning to cacoon them and turn them into mere batteries of love for you to feed on? Do you honestly THINK I would forgive you for such a crime?"

Princess Celestia: "Mercy... Long had I let this virtue cloud my judgement, deluding myself into thinking that if I show decency to our foes, there could be peace and harmony between us."

Princess Celestia: "But that is not true, isn't it? Because there are always some foul things in the world that cannot be redeemed, some wicked creatures that one cannot befriend, that one cannot negotiate with, that for them mercy is a mere inconvenience."

Princess Celestia: "I should thank you, Chrysalis, for opening my eyes to this fact, and for showing me just how much I had held myself back, unable to do what is necessary to protect my little ponies from the likes of you, from ALL harm, and allowing myself to fail them again and AGAIN."

Princess Celestia: "No more."

Princess Celestia: "In all my thousands of years I had lived in a world made of paper, never allowing myself to break some things, to break somepony, to never cut loose, or somepony may DIE. Now that seal, this mental block I had placed upon myself had been undone, and I could now deal with you AND your kind as you deserve."

Princess Celestia: "Starting with you and your Changelings, from this day forth...

[Her visage peels back to reveal what she had truly become - a crimson mare with burning mane and tail, divine power unleashed]

Solar Flare: "I shall ensure nothing will harm my subjects ever again!"
