Neverned city

The city of Neverned, built near the supposed enterance to the underworld city. The world outside is offlimits to all, as it is said to be dangerous with sub zero temperatures and monsters.

Nobody has ever seen out of the enterance as although it overshadows the city it is near impossible to get to it unless by airship. And those who get close are immediatly shot down but the order.

Some who dare to speak out, dream of the outside world....
